Everything I ate today on a low calorie density diet:

BREAKFAST: Smashed baked sweet potato with 1/2 cup blueberries & cinnamon

SNACK: Bowl of grapes & bengal spice tea

LUNCH: Cucumber, chickpea, barley salad with sweet peppers, jalapeno & onion (avocado optional)

SNACK: Sliced banana with cinnamon

DINNER: Diced potato, and onion with peas, corn, black beans, garlic powder & ketchup
