Ingredients:
- 1 x cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 ½ frozen bananas
- 1/3 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 12 oz. water
- 1 x cup dark leafy greens or baby spinach
- 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled.
