Food prepping will change your life! Seriously. I don’t know why I didn’t start doing this years ago. It saves SO much time and energy in the week. I decided to prep some starches today so I don’t have to chop/peel/slice/bake/boil food for hours in the week. I’ve been noticing how much easier weekday lunches have been now that I have a lot of cooked wet starches like potatoes, barley, and rice ready-to-eat and stored in airtight containers in the fridge.
I thought I’d share with you what I did to give you a few easy food prepping ideas that can save you time and energy in the week.
