A filling, starchy meal that’s can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Ingredients
- 1 x 500-g bag frozen broccoli
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 medium boiled potato (with
- peel on), chopped
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp grainy mustard
- Onion powder, hot sauce, salt,
- and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat broccoli, peas, potato, and water over medium heat, covered, until heated through, 5 to 7 min.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mash with a potato masher until combined and mashed to your desired consistency (you can also use an immersion blender if you prefer a smooth purée).
- Serve hot or cold!
