The mission of this site is to share helpful information about the life-changing benefits of a ‘low calorie density diet’ with you. This is an oil-free, plant-based diet. When you eat according to calorie density, you can lose weight without being hungry or counting calories. This is possible because the foods are full of fiber and water and therefore ‘diluted’ of calories compared to processed and packaged food.

Since 2014 I’ve been vegan – however, for much of that time, I would refer to myself as a ‘junk food vegan’ because much of what I was eating was packaged and processed vegan meats, vegan cheeses, and rich and creamy vegan desserts (as well as lots of fruit and veggies). I would add tablespoons of peanut butter to my oatmeal daily – I now know that peanut butter is 2665 calories per pound – and I wonder why I wasn’t slimmer. This way of eating led me to gain weight year after year. At 5 ft. 2.5, with a small frame, I was approaching 140 pounds on the scale in 2019. I had tried a low fat diet for a few months years ago after watching some youtube videos about it and I did, in fact, lose weight – but I didn’t sustain it. It’s because I eventually starting eating higher fat processed foods in ‘moderation’ – and before you know it, I gained even more. After watching Dr. Anthony Lim’s video about calorie density and understanding that if I was going to make this work, I’d need to create simple systems that I could follow to put the weight loss on autopilot and keep it off effortlessly. That’s what I teach others to do. It’s incredibly satisfying to watching other people apply these principles to their life and watch the joy they experience from losing weight without having to weigh, measure or limit their food intake.
