Pineapple, Ginger, Green Smoothie

Ginger gives this nutrient-packed smoothie a real kick! This smoothie is the perfect morning boost.

Ingredients:

  • 1 x cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 ½ frozen bananas
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 12 oz. water
  • 1 x cup dark leafy greens or baby spinach
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled.

Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!
